Maybe they could do a top 200 cap raising?
Let's see... they need ~$30 Mil.
That's only $150,000 each.
Let say it's at a 15% discount of todays price.
That would make it a bargain at only .51 of a cent.
$30,000,000 / .51C = ~5.8 Billion more Units.
