Juiceman I concur. I have always contended that the purchase will occur but in a different form than that percieved by the general market.

Of the 5 possible business units;

1)Hydrometallurgical Unit
2)Refractory Unit
3)Wastewater Unit
4)Pilot Plant
5)Ancillary Unit

I see INTEC having an interest in 1 (cashflow/long term) & 2 (long term/strategic). I could see a thrid party taking over 3. I see 4 being shared or sold off and the offices etc being shared with the other plant users/JV partners and any other non essentials sold off.

Once confirmed and understood by the market I still believe the share price will return to the 6 cent level per my earlier projection.
