Certainly the deposit date has come and gone but an incorrect interpretation could be made, if any announcement was made as to whether or not the deposit was paid.

Continuous disclosure is being maintained, as far as it can be, if one reads the latest ASX releases. There must be nothing definitive to say about the Mayfield plant so one has to assume negotiations of some sort are continuing. How many are in the negotiation process and who they are must remain a mystery until the deal is signed. Of course that is always dependent on a deal being done. Nothing can be released without swaying the market one way or another.

Therefore for Intec it is best to be like the Tar Baby and say "nuttin".
