The two Chinese shareholders in the top ten shareholders have purchased a minimum of 9M shares and possibly up to 21M shares since the last top twenty listing.This is greater than Ming Sun's holding at the last top 20 listing.The minimum purchase is of interest as the SIYI debacle was in the open atthis time.
