    Hi Joe,

    I hope the New Year brings a better result regarding NSL for yourself and all other holders.

    IF they can deliver on what they are saying then yes the share price will be re-rated highly to the upside.

    IF the Chinese sign up and the funding flows through for expansion and progression, then it will be a very prosperous year for us all.

    Still alot of IF`s to overcome, hence the low share price at the moment. This is speculation at it`s best.
