On 22 Dec 2011, BTA announced the enrichments to BTA Executives.
Employee retention FREE oopies increased by 40% from 597,245 in Dec 2010 to 831,755.
TSR FREE oopies increased by 19% from 3,530,459 in Dec 2010 to 4,181,525.
Overall despite some previous oopies being converted to FREE shares, collectively the executives own 5,013,280 FREE oopies up 22% from 4,127,704. That is a resounding million free oopies increment in a year!
In the 2011 Annual report, the 4th largest shareholder is Citicorp Nominees Pty Ltd with 4,226,895 shares.
The BTA Executives have now beaten Citicorp Nominees with the free oopies and free shares and at the rate of growth of 1 million free oopies per year, they will soon be the no 3 owners.
