top 40 alert

Just received Computershares Top 40 for June 18th.

I think that there is renewed interest in the LEOPARD.

The major changes over the past fortnight have been:

1. National Nominees has increased holding from 6.7m to 9.7m
2. A new HSBC account with 3.2m has appeared at No 10.
3. Citicorp increased holding by 1.2 million shares.
4. Four new entrants with one million shares entered the Top 40 register.
5. Top up by several other private and institutional holders.
6. Top 40 now holds 464.3m or 74.8%.

Options

1. New entrant at No 1 ( Novus Capital) with 10m options
2. A second new entrant with one million options as well as one million shares.
3. A third new entrant with 275,000
4. Top 40 option holders now hold 30.8m or 53.8%. This is a big increase from 20.3m a fortnight ago.



In summary (NKP & NKPO)..... we appear to have a number of new entrants as well as top up by a few others.

The new entrants are as a result of the recent "Hong Kong" Placement. Maybe some local investors got a share of the action as well? Hard to say.

Novus Capital may have sold/allocated the shares but held onto the 10m options. Smart move!
