First let me advise that Peter Landau is in London negotiating the JV agreement. He was hoping to have news by next week. But negotiations are always unpredictable.




Now for the Top 40 moves.

I must admit that I have NEVER seen such movements in one month. One new entrant is as a result of DRA's placement. The others i cannot explain. I do recall 530,000 additional shares were issued I suspect in leue of fees for services ( Appendix 3B) but so many new entrants????


1. Inyanga Consolidated ( DRA) with 32.792m... new

2. Gleneagle Sec increased their holding from 3.1m to 17.4m

3. Satori Intern increased from 3.7 to 4.5m

4.Citicorp continued their sell down. Was 19.5m now only 3.44m

5. Rubicon Nominbees new with 2.776m

6. Without disclosing names of individuals these are the NEW entrants holdings:

a. 2.46m
b. 1.67m
c. 1.59m
d. 1.48m
e. 1.2m
f. 1.1m
g. 1.1m
h. 1.1m


In summary that's 10 new entrants on the register during the past month.

Last month holder number 40 had .95m. This month holder number 40 has 1.09m shares.

Let you draw your own conclusions whether this is a sign of confidence in the future.
