What I was trying to understand is if 35 million are wanted on the buy side and the buyers are fully aware they have to either convert now or later and pay 1.5c conversion then why are they not flowing over to paying .2c
As some have pointed out the obvious that at .1 you get double the amount of options at .1 so they will pay double the amount of conversion which %wise makes the initial outlay negligible. which make my point stronger because they must be very keen to want twice as many options and pay twice as much conversion
