I would say its also leverage for 35K on market you get roughly 3m heads.
For 35k you can get 35 million b shares with exercise price of 1.5c
Someone has done the sums and would rather go on the elf and pay interest until they choose to pay the loan out. Obviously if the sp hits above 4c with india news im the near future then it can work out well.
