Hi TC. suggest # 21 does not to do this for the practice. There is a larger reason and or instruction that when you think about it is likely a positive, meaning someone wants to leave a lid on the price - but who could that be ?. For all those small trades there is generally another party involved ! Why would they bother with the effort for such a small outfit that does not appear to have a solid deal on the table.
