    I'm a bit wary of MAP
    it was one of those remenants of the financial engineering BNB days of 2007
    I notice it is still carrying a lot of debt
    d/e=101%
    so everything goes to the banks if it hits a bump in the road

    I reckon DOW and NUF look good

    however they both have issues that I am yet to be able to fathom
