    Unfortunately Forest the auditors leaving AA's or other big firms have little tax knowledge and even less pratical finace or business sense.

    A small investor does not need this type of advice at $300 per hour. You need an adviser at a smaller fiorm who sees real issues day to day.

    It just so happens I run a small firm.......
