I'm always skeptical about high target prices against the consensus average because Thomson/Reuters often includes out of date reports. But the $6.73 target seems to be current because it nudged down slightly a month ago. Still, probably remove that wild outlier.
But overall GEM is viewed very positively by brokers for the year ahead. The only exception is one "sell" recommendation. That is likely credit suisse which has held that recommendation for about 18 months and has a doubtful track record of predictions for other stocks and overall ASX market. (Up to mid-July, CS predicted the ASX 200 would be 6500 by year end! Even then, it reduced that only to 6000.)
