long way to go to be traded NTA price, more pain to come, SCP just did CR close to 52 weeks low price same will happen to VCX and SCG. Moreover Gonverments recent announcement regarding commercial property landlords to compromise with tenants will affect VCX significantly. i will definitely buy for Long term hold but not at this price. wouldn't be surprised if it revisits $1 level again
