Lockdown/isolate the high risk group. Send the negatives(after testing) on a long cruise until vaccine, or enough herd immunity is in Australia, will be far cheaper. Or isolate the high risk group, and test the aged care workers weekly for COVID-19 who serve them. Let the younger Aussies acquire herd immunity. This will save the Australian economy. IMO, no effective vaccine will be sent by Mr. Trump next two years, if Americans do develop it first. In time like this, we don't have a friend in America.
