Adiitionally oil has slumped High July 11th 2008 147 dollar a barrel, the oil price is tied to the US dolar through the Candaina Dollar CAD, Canada is the second bigggest exporter of oil into the UNited States, with a weaking price and the world heading for slower growth, the demand for oild is not there.
