unfortunately we cannot sell Henty, goldstone,dargues or kangaroo flats atm.

all of uml assets are too problematic atm. Even if you can sell it and that is. Saying a lot, I doubt you will get a decent price for it.

the list of problems on each assets are long and distinguished. I am not going long winded by listing them here again. But dyor and you will find out.


to develop dargues now is suicidal, we have exhausted cash supply and poor cash flow. Even if we can get loan, engineering projects are fraught with problems such as the heavy rain at dargues which caused problems with engineering work and the run offs.

what we really need now is new management team who can cast a fresh eye on our assets and develop a new plan. I am not confident Clive and Andrew has the perspective to lead uml.
