Unfortunately, when you think about it, they've employed quite a number of senior management to the company in the states.
I agree that admin cost is relatively high but economies of scales will even it out if Yowie is successful. We are currently at the early stage of the life cycle. For now, I am willing to spend that extra dollar to have the right people for the job than to have the wrong person for the job !
I think Sal with so much experience under his belt has really deep connections with alot of the chain senior management in the States.
