I have just received an email from Dumb and Dumber advising On Friday, 21 February 2025, Biotron Limited announced a Share Purchase Plan to raise up to $2,2707,148 (before costs) (SPP). This email is to inform you that the SPP is now open. The SPP Offer Booklet and Application Form are now available to view online.
So MnM and Peter N are asking for money to pay their wages while doing SFA. Peter has been copying and pasting the mandatory announcements each quarter, and every one has had errors. The errors were so bad that the ASX has requested that all BoD review them before submitting them to the ASX. Meanwhile, MnM has outsourced her work while she goes on junks worldwide.
This company needs to be put down. Shareholders have been misled.
Not getting one more cent from me.
