the OP wanted some insights and some of us provided them , and you have got an issue with that, more a reflection of your issues than ours IMHO .
As for bum cream I have a home medication , get some hot chilly add a red pepper plus one gherkin mix all in a cup then apply liberally , I recommend it for you .
