    AVLs up around 70% from mere weeks ago... people were wringing there hands over when it would reach 18c, it's now 23.5c on basically no news other than a significant cost reduction.

    That tends to indicate to me the low share price was less about political uncertainty and more about the 'show me the money'! AVL was losing money before... not exactly positive for any company.

    2/3rds of Africa isn't stable and you'd struggle to find a government that isn't corrupt to some degree. AVL has been there for the last 3 years without so much of a peep of interference (the last official to try was promptly removed). The governments of Congo and Zambia are bending over backwards to assist this development and the local governments are very much for it.

    Just how high do you expect it to go without the uncertainties of stage 2 and access to Kapulo being sorted out? Another positive announcement and I expect it to be off to the races again.
