Empire - If the tips are public domain then why do we pay for the privelage of receiving them? I would strongly disagree with that context. Those tips should be for those who actually pay for the service.
I'm not going to disagree with you about letting others know about the tips. As that benefits those who can take the opportunity. But not all of us can purchase straight away. Especially if we have a busy day of work, and cannot get their own research done.
Anyway I'm not going to debate this with you, as I can see both sides. But still of the strong view that these are the domain of the subscribers, and out of respect for those subscribers, they should be given time to react!
That said I will probably jump in today, on the basis of what I have read, and also of the change in substail shareholder notices out yesterday.
