You may want to qualify that by saying you will not need a proper job. A lot of HC poster with their sharemarket only vision did not have a proper job but will need one now - they also think it will rebound -haha! My guess is that slick, penny and others will be buying real estate in the next 5 years - as for Aurelius ....
