    Ive been trying to find out what properties of the results are good and not so good. For example having low sulphur is better than high. Can anyone advise which parts of the announcement are really positive and what affect this has. Also are there any good websites where I can learn about these things. I have tried wikipedia which explains a fair bit, but would like a little more detail.
