Some poor bloke in Victoria sued his wife because she had 2 children to some other male while married to him. As they grew older the eldest one apparently looked like her lover ( maybe aboriginal or asian) so she told husband . Younger one DNA tested same result. Man sued for damages etc won case... received.. $70,000. Molly appeals somehow wins case. Any views? PS I used aboriginals and asians only because they look different to your white male anglo saxon which he was. No offense intended.
