    yes he does - which was totally unnecessary. If a backup was required - then the system already has that covered. There are assistant ministers and Morrison himself said that there was no swearing in ceremonies - it was simply an administrative process to swear him in ----------- which means that could have been done in couple of minutes after a phone call with the GG WHEN needed.

    His claims are rubbish.

    "Can you give us an example of an action he took after being sworn in which shows he had taken control of the Department like you claim?"

    THAT is (part of) exactly why we need a full security enquiry


    this is a huge risk to national security
