did he do anything there? did he use the resources ?
that's the point - he did everything in secret ------------- so, unless we investigate - we will never know
we may not even know if we investigate.
someone - no matter who it is -------------- secretly putting themselves in charge of the department which looks after National security is a HUGE deal and a HUGE risk
for the peanut brigade who say - well, he wasn't in charge ------- well - tell that to the Minister who he overruled on the exploration decision
CLEARLY - Morrison was in charge.
