No moosh ,ann. are often very old news.
The reality , unfortunately from an ethical perspective perhaps , but very much REAL from the day to day market movements is that charts very often give the uniformed the ability to see what the informed are doing.
I agree, some ann's are totally unheralded, from the blue completely, and the s.p. rockets accordingly .
Many times however , the chart is simply a footprint of insider buying/selling.
In a perfect world there would be no s.p. rise b4 a ( positive ) announcement.....but almost every day we see it happen right b4 our eyes..This is the den of lions we live in .
