My guess is 60% premium to current SP bare minimum if t/o is soon... I expect BPT to trade around $2 all by itself when the good news rolls in though - so could probably hope at best to add same premium if a t/o comes after the fact - say $3.20. So it's double your money from here, no downside outside a global catastrophe IMO. Just been to view LT chart to see where BPT is heading.
