top ten holders buying

Yep I too have been holding on watching my PSD stock head south but I still hold. What is interesting though is the top 10 shareholder notice issued yesterday compared to the previous notice on 17 April.
There has been about 35 million shares traded over the last month and the same top 10 holders remain. Furthermore the top 10 shareholders have sold zero shares between them in 4 weeks. The only changes have been that the No.1 holder ANZ nominees have topped up with another 5 million shares and Citicorp jump from No.7 holder to No.5 after loading up with another 9 million shares. So well over a third of all traded shares over the last month appear to me to have simply transfered from some nervous nellies and tax loss crystalizers to the big, smart and patient fundies.

There will be more deals to flow yet in 2007 with 2 other evaluation agreements in place with major pharmas and another agrement with a global medical device company.

What's more it seems no value has been ascribed to BranchySil for pancreatic cancer in Phase 2a although this will likley be shadowed by the opthamology technology. I can see the oncology technology bringing in dollars through a trade sale or licence before end of year.

I also believe that most people haven't understood yet that significance of Medidur for DME in Phase 3 trials, the validation of the technology through the Pfizer deal and the potential applications in many other major eye diseases as well as non-opthalmic conditions. To paraphrase the CEO recently.... "If a Medidur implant can be successfully implanted into a sensitive organ like the back of the eye, it can be implanted most anywhere else in the body."
So we may be looking at Medidur product development for heart and other internal organs, knees, hands, inner ears, muscles, brain and whatever else the aging world popluation needs. Nothing like global partners with scientists and dollars to push along technological development.
