You can take it that ASIC is well aware of that suspicious trading. Apart from a few (?several) from here, Alan Kohler pointed it out on his ABC News segment the other night, finishing with "One for ASIC, methinks" - which I take to indicate that whispers and hints have been dropped in the right ears at ASIC.
But, even though ASIC are well aware of it - I'm not holding my breath for any action whatsoever, due to the lack of both balls and teeth (ASIC, not me...) ;)
