I own LIT, Global X Lithium Fund which has exposure to many lithium companies in various countries. It's listed on the NYSE, so you'll be exposed to the USD as well. The fund won't be as exciting as some of the more speculative stocks, but it's still up 59% in the last year. Not bad, and it's a billion dollar fund.
