Thanks GiddyYup , I was sort of hopeing MST would eventually rally and I could use the catital loss against a profit. I didnt realise that there is a time limit.
A question you mentioned recently re the Secured notes ,
have they actually been paid for ? If they have not been paid for it might explain the Company statement on refinacing the notes or how ever it was put .
After the problems and costs already incurred (Sec Notes) it would make MST a laughing stock. I hope its not true
,MST dont have the resources to challenge it even if it were the case. Anyhow just speculation .
