Speaking of the top twenty...

Some info on secured note holders from company reports.

18 March 2011 the top two were:
1.CITICORP NOMINEES PTY LIMITED 65,175,812 60.65%

2.HARMONY INVESTMENT FUND LTD 32,726,847 30.46%

06 June 2011 and Harmony had taken over the Citicorp holding
and had 97,902,659 notes or 91.16%.

These are listed as PAUL FRANCIS CULLEN + MICHAEL KEVIN HANSEL (HOPGOODGANIM LAWYERS A/C). This is still the same at 29 Feb 2012 so I don't know if ASOF has or will become the holder.

HOPGOODGANIM LAWYERS is a Qld company and the two mentioned above are partners in the firm. Hansel is in "mergers and acquisitions" and Cullen is head of banking and finance.

Still waiting on some kind of announcement about ASOF.Time will tell...it's not like we shareholders aren't a patient bunch and used to waiting on news.
