At the end of January there were only two "Substantial Shareholders (5% or more). I would have thought there should have been notices issued for change in substantial holdings just because of the dilution even if they didn't buy or sell. I see it with other companies. There may be a minimum change in level before it is required.
A.Doyle had 123,888,889 shares for 3.82% and has bought a few hundred million shares since then.He took up 111,111,111 on 27 Jan so that probably wasn't included. How has he never reached a 5% holding? How many shares are on issue now?
I'm sure the top 20 would be very interesting reading at the moment but maybe it is changing so fast that they can't publish it.
A slight sinking feeling is keeping me from further investment in MST since I already hold more than I should. The rest of this financial year should be very interesting. lots of questions come to mind with very few answers.
