    hmmm the share register for ordinary shares is wide open only about 35% held in the top twenty - secured and interest bearing notes are effectively controlled by three - Citicorp, Harmony and New Guinea Ports.

    MOD's share is effectively diluted to nothing.

    A defense major could come in and takeover this company very easily at the moment, IMO and would not need to spend very much to do it.
