BAE own Tennix now, and would be working on the 2nd CTD for the AICW, so they would be acutely aware of the mach 5/50 technology and what the DSTO are working on with that.

AND the Head Sherang for GEM in the US once worked for Carlyle,and suprprise surprise, so does Donald Rumsfeld who once espoused that metalstorm technology does away for the need of the Crusader and George Bush also works for them as does Tony Blair and there are many more, in a who's who in this company, I wonder if Mr Rudd will put his hand up, or perhaps maybe Mr Combet at least?
