Anatol is using a mischievious emoticon to insinuate that TG's wife knows something about the future of LTR that we do not know - Anatol has to be very careful how he phrases his wild comments - Anatol could easily be accused of insinuating that TG's wife is doing some "insider trading" !!!!!
