i have just examined BKT's register, top heavy with Victorian Greek community with deep pockets (plus CEO)
#1 shareholder is Stephen Copulos holding 24.69% of the shares (plus holds 26M options & performance rights)
#2 shareholder appears to be Harry Hatch (Hatgikyriazis) holding at least 10.88% of the shares (plus 11.5M options) via his own individual name, GASMERE PTY. LTD. & ARDEN MEDICAL PTY LTD
in 2012, Hatch held at least 11 million SYR shares & at last SYR annual report was still a significant shareholder
Hatch initially invested $500,000 @ 5 cents into BKT after they secured the graphite ground & invested a further $1.5M at 7.5 cents into BKT at the last capital raising
very strong register (which demonstrates why the options have negligible liquidity)
