    I'm looking to top up today. IMO BLR will be down and will drift down until the next announcement. Over the next week without an announcement, I think we will see 17c. Sentiment is bad, so is the market depth. I'm very happy with my holding and will hold and buy on lows, but buyers at 20c - 21c will be getting out.
    As all long term holders of this stock continually say
    "be patient".
