Topender, Thanks for your KPMG comments...
There is no way that they can advise on the half presented plan that EGO/ERM have published to the market.
They will have to extract more detail and intent from both parties to make sense of it. This info will probably remain confidential, even tho' it is being done on behalf of ALL shareholders.
ERM will know what KPMG are given to work with - won't they?
Just kicking this around as to how much KPMG will be working in the dark - on our behalf.
At best, I think they will come up with a list of opinions based on: "Well if this and that happen..... on the other hand if that and this happens...."
Is Ken Aitken working his butt off to get the best present B sands answer for KPMG, before their final call on our behalf ???
