MyBentley has accused anyone that applies logic or critical thinking to be Brian Leedman. I wouldn't take any notice of him.

I'm pretty confident that this deal gets approved by shareholders (which is why I now own).

Fidelity owns 10% and is likely to be in favour
47% of Resapp's shares have traded since the initial scheme was announced on April 11th 2022. The overwhelming majority of these buyers are likely to support the deal
The majority of volume that trades from now until close is likely to be bought by yes votes
Voter participation is likely to be low due to Resapp's highly fragmented register (why bother voting when you have an unmarketable parcel)

This looks to be a case where the noisy minority is about to get run over by the silent majority.
