Everyone has the right to vote how they want and do what they want with their shares, TT included.

He's been very transparent about his holdings which he had no obligation to.

For such a big shot, not sure why you're on here so consistently spewing forth your yes vote agenda and trying to scare shareholders. Honestly does sound like you are BL the way you act.

If anything, you'd have the most to be worried about if the vote doesn't go how you plan considering your large holding and play for the arbitrage.
