.What the company stoogies on here conveniently ignore is that the Pfizer Scheme conditions effectively pulled the RAP shutters down as far as any other interested party was concerned, the very fact that they are interested would have at the very least raised a few flags among the pharma fraternity. so when the bid gets voted down I would not be surprised that a few more companies would be doing their due diligence on Resapp. To say that there is no other interest out there is a well planned scare tactic.
The market does what the market does and going by the last few days trading the market thinks the no vote is a winner.
