Grandmaster, you say the directors know the company best, they may well do but I feel they know their own limitations even better and I think they are looking after themselves first and foremost with their fawning support of this offer. I would imagine that TK will realize if the offer is voted down his job is toast, he either walks away or he is booted out as a no vote means his days are numbered.
I am sure with a revamped BOD with some commercial nous we can take the positives of having one of the largest pharmas on the planet ready to try and steal our technology for a pittance and use the publicity it created to scale up the commercialization of Resapp.
Just because we have a poorly performing BOD does not mean we have non viable technology
