a sensible scenario at last. pfizer don't want RAP to generate income, that's just an add - on
so, as is likely the no vote gets up, one of two things will happen-:

1- pfizer will increase offer to 20.7, which will probably get over the line .
2- pfizer will have some licensing arrangement ready to roll out (remembering in the original ann regarding pfizer's option to look at 'alternative deal') - which would allow pfizer to piggy back off the tech, to sell more funky coloured pills. Which is their core business after all.
