so, as is likely the no vote gets up, one of two things will happen-:

1- pfizer will increase offer to 20.7, which will probably get over the line .
2- pfizer will have some licensing arrangement ready to roll out (remembering in the original ann regarding pfizer's option to look at 'alternative deal') - which would allow pfizer to piggy back off the tech, to sell more funky coloured pills. Which is their core business after all.

all the arbitrage guys on here will vote No as there is way more money to be made in a Resapp/Pfizer partnership. ie licencing
