Everybody was aware there was a need to raise $100M to build the plant and it was highly unlikely they would raise the entire amount via debt.
I alerted you to this company back in September tracker when the stock was 9c.
No qualms about raising capital when the project will generate $100M per annum in free cash flow. Happy they gave the bulk of the equity raising to shareholders at 13c. Instos in at 15.5c, shareholders in at 13c. That IMO, is why KGL shareholders are loyal and the stock is tightly held. Directors are rewarding shareholders first and foremost.
