No I didn't forget. But you are literally trying to discount for upside into the estimate and transform that into baseline prior to the fact. This is a classic pathway to wild estimates, and ultimately disappoint. The early guidance was it looks like there may be an over delivery, based on the feasibility study - those numbers are not yet confirmed. *IF* that early guidance comes through, then it will be a great result, not "conservative".
